Campsites Near Grassington
When I was younger we spent a lot of our time camping so this was normal for me. We only ever returned to a campsite a couple of times so we sampled pretty much all local sites. We also spent plenty of time in and around the area so these are our campsites near Grassington. These are the ones that are nearest in distance to Grassington village.
Wharfedale Caravan and Motorhome Club Site
Wharfedale caravan site opens its fields to touring campervans and motorhomes. Unfortunately, it does not have space for tents. The standings can be on grass or hardstanding, with electric and without electric. This has facilities such as a disabled shower room, dogs walk nearby, disabled facilities and baby changing facilities. This campsite also allows BBQ’s and offers up waste disposal for motorhomes.
Other things such as family washrooms, toilet block and laundry facilities are available. Grassington is 2.2 miles from the campsite and is 7 minutes drive.

Woodnook Caravan park offers a range of possibilities for campers alike. They have space for touring caravans, seasonal caravans, motorhomes and tents, as well as our caravan holiday home for hire. Though they do not accept group camping or Duke Of Edinburgh. The site has an on-site information hut giving campers up to date information about the current events.
The campsite offers up toilets, showers, free WiFi, washing up facilities, children’s play area, and a laundry area. All tent pitches have the option for electric hook up and can have a tent as large as 7m by 7m.
