How to Book Activities at Center Parcs: Everything You Need to Know

Activities at Center Parcs open 12 weeks before your arrival date. Popular activities sell out quickly, particularly during peak season and at the most sought-after times of day. Book as soon as your window opens.

There are four ways to book:

1. Online via the Center Parcs website
2. Via the Center Parcs app
3. By phone
4. In person at the village

The same booking system covers activities, restaurants, spa sessions and treatments.

Booking Activities Online

The easiest way to view and book Center Parcs activities is online. The process is simple:

1. Log in to your Center Parcs account and click My Booking
2. Select your break and click Book Things to Do
3. Click the Activities tab to browse
4. Filter by day, time, activity type, age, event type or price
5. Click Details on any activity to find out more
6. Click Availability to see available time slots
7. Select the number of spaces required
8. Add your chosen slot to your basket. This holds reservations for two hours
9. Continue browsing and adding activities
10. Click the basket icon, review your selections and check out
11. Pay to confirm. Activities are only booked once payment is made

Booking Activities via the Center Parcs App

Center Parcs launched a new UK and Ireland app in October 2024, available on iOS and Android.

The app lets you book activities and restaurants, navigate the village with an interactive map and view your full itinerary. It uses the same booking system as the website so again everything is bookable online from 12 weeks before your arrival.

Booking Activities by Phone

You can book Center Parcs activities over the phone. However, it’s more time-consuming than booking online. To call the Center Parcs team use the following numbers:

• United Kingdom: 03448 266200
• Republic of Ireland: 0818 818013
• Northern Ireland: 03448 267757

You will go through dates and times verbally with no visual timetable, and you cannot browse activities, times and prices at your own pace. I would avoid it where possible and use the website or app instead.

Booking Activities In Person

Once you arrive at the Center Parcs village, you can book activities at:

• Guest Services
• At a Booking Desk

I would not rely on in-person booking for popular activities as they often sell out in advance.

I use the Booking Desk for casual sports that we decide to do on a whim such as tennis, squash, badminton or football since these are less likely to sell out. You can do this on the phone, but if I’m already near a desk it’s easier to do it face to face.

Activity Packages

Center Parcs currently offers Activity Packages, which give you a discount when you book two selected activities together. This is a great way to save money as activities can be expensive.

How to Cancel Center Parcs Activities

You can cancel any pre-booked Center Parcs activity provided the start time has not yet passed. The current cancellation terms are:

• Cancel up to 12 hours before the start time: full refund
• Cancel within 12 hours of the start time: 50% cancellation charge

There are three ways to cancel:

Online: Log in to your account, go to My Booking, then My Itinerary. Select the activity you want to cancel and click the green refund button. You will see a confirmation screen. Note that you will not receive a confirmation email.

By phone: Call customer service on 03448 267723. You will need to do this if your booking was made through the contact centre, as those bookings cannot be cancelled online.

In person: Visit any Booking Desk in the village.

If you are cancelling your entire break, you must cancel all activities, restaurant bookings and spa treatments before a refund for your accommodation can be processed.
