How to Book Activities at Center Parcs

Activities at Center Parcs open 12 weeks before your arrival, and there are three ways you can book:

  1. Online
  2. By Phone
  3. In Person

Popular activities at Center Parcs sell out quickly. This is especially true on certain days or at certain times during the peak season. As such, I recommend booking your activities as soon as you can.

Booking Center Parcs Activities Online

The easiest way to book Center Parcs activities is online.

To book Center Parcs activities online, you must log in to your account and click on the ‘my booking’ button. This will redirect you to all of your open bookings with Center Parcs. Select your break and click the ‘book things to do’ button.

Here, you’ll be able to browse all of the:

  • Activities
  • Spa & Treatments
  • Cycles
  • Shopping & Extras
  • Restaurants

To book activities, you’ll want to click on the ‘activities’ tab. There are a lot of activities to choose from, so to make things easier, you can filter by:

  • Day
  • Time
  • Activity Type
  • Age
  • Event Type
  • Featured
  • Requirement

You can click on the’ details’ button to learn more about an activity or see what times it’s available. Each date of your Center Parcs trip is under a tab; open the tab to see the available times and prices.

Once you find a suitable date and time for the activity, you can select the ‘+’ button, which indicates the number of spaces required. This reserves space for that activity for two hours. You’ll need to pay for your reservations within that time; otherwise, the activity will be available for other guests.

Continue browsing until you’re happy with all your reserved activities. Once you’re happy, you must check out to secure the activities. To do this, click the basket icon in the top right-hand corner.

Here, you can review all of the activities you’ve reserved. Once you’re happy with everything, click the ‘check-out button’. You’ll then be asked to pay for the activities you’ve reserved.

The activities are only booked for your visit once you’ve paid. Center Parcs has flexible activity cancellation and refund terms if you change your mind.

Booking Center Parcs Activities by Phone

You can also book Center Parcs activities in advance of your visit by phone on the following:

  • United Kingdom: 03448 266200
  • Republic of Ireland: 0818 818013
  • Northern Ireland: 03448 267757

Booking Center Parcs activities by phone is a significantly more tedious process. The call agent will have to go through the dates and times available, and you won’t have a digital timetable like you do online.

As such I’d recommend avoiding booking Center Parcs activities by phone where possible.

Booking Center Parcs Activities in Person

Once you arrive at Center Parcs, you can book activities in person at:

  • Guest Services
  • Booking Desk

Guest services will be well-marked on your Center Parcs village map. Meanwhile, the location of booking desks varies between Center Parcs villages.

However, I’d avoid waiting to book popular activities here, as they can often sell out in advance. Instead, I book activities in person, such as tennis, squash, badminton or football. These activities are less likely to sell out, so I book them on a whim, depending on how we all feel.

Again, you can book these activities on your smartphone using the website, but it can be fiddly. If I’m close to one of the booking desks, I’ll go there instead.

How to Cancel Activities at Centre Parcs

You can cancel any Center Parcs activity for a full refund if the start time is not in the past. There are three ways you can do this:

  • Online
  • By Phone
  • In Person

Again, the easiest way to cancel a Center Parcs activity is online. The process is simple:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Select ‘My Booking’ and then ‘My Itinerary.’
  3. Select the activity or activities you would like to cancel
  4. Click on the green refund button
  5. Review activity cancellation confirmation

Alternatively, you can cancel activities by calling customer service on 03448 267723 or at a booking desk at the Center Parcs village.

The money from your Center Parcs activity(s) will be refunded to the original card used for payment within five working days.
