What’s Included in a Center Parcs Lodge?

Some of the links in this post are affiliate links. If you book or buy through them I may earn a small commission, at no extra cost to you. Read our full disclosure.

I started this list in 2021 and have updated it on every visit since — most recently in March 2026, having now visited Center Parcs more than ten times across multiple villages and lodge types.

Everything below is based on a standard Woodland Lodge. Higher-tier lodges such as Forest Lodges, Grand Forest Lodges, and Exclusive Lodges may include additional features.

Outside each lodge you’ll find a bike rack. Center Parcs bike hire includes a padlock, but if you’re bringing your own bike you’ll need to bring your own.

What’s Not Included at Center Parcs

Here are some key items that are not included in a Center Parcs lodge:

  • Washing machine or tumble dryer: There are no laundry facilities in any lodge or on site. If you need to wash clothes during your stay, you’ll need to do so in the bath or sink.
  • Board games: No lodges include board games. Exclusive Lodges include a games room with a pool table, though availability varies by village so check before booking.
  • Daily housekeeping: Center Parcs does not offer a housekeeping service and towels are not changed during your stay.
  • Additional toilet roll: Each toilet comes with two toilet rolls. Once used, replenish from the Parc Market onsite or bring your own.
  • Additional toiletries: The travel bodywash and shampoo provided are not replenished once used.
